i found a couple of issues . the room i was given was quite dark, largely because it was located on the ground floor with windows that faced only the inner courtyard. (a bit disappointing) i could also hear other guests quite easily, mainly because the doors seemed old and difficult to close quietly. it was not ideal at all.

My room faced the street, and the noise was pretty constant. I dealt with a sewage smell from the bathroom too. It wasn't great. The staff pushed excursions, but prices seemed inflated. I did not find them worth the money.

I was charmed by the staff! they were very kind polite. the location is convenient and in a quiet area. It's off the hustle of the medina.

The rooms did not look like the photos advertised. That was disappointing. our room was the cheapest option, and we could hear people talking on the roof terrace. Soundproofing could have been better.

the street noise at night was quite high. scooters and cars constantly beeped. this made it hard to sleep.
